Some
skills that an ICT teacher would have are just general skills for example, the
ability to plan, install and set up IT systems for a wide base of people, as
well as provide on-going support and maintenance. Also, they have to be able to
use pagers and be able to manage security systems like McAfee so that students
are protected from online dangers. They also have to be able to manage teams of
people and use presentational skills.

Drawbacks
Digital camera – Not always high
resolution enough and don’t always take as many photos as you need.
Scanner – With most scanners you can only scan up to about A4
whereas you may need to scan something bigger.
Microphone – When using a microphone you need to make sure there
is no background noise at all because it would ruin the recording.
Printer – A printer can cause problems because they can only
print a certain size and thickness of paper, also the ink can be more expensive
than the printer and printers always have faults.
Speakers – Sometimes they might not be powerful enough therefore
you might need more than one set of speakers. Some speakers might only go up to
a certain volume so you need to check they are going to be loud enough for what
you need them for.
Monitor- If they don’t have a high enough resolution then there’s a problem as
its for graphic editing.
Laptop – They are difficult to repair or update because of their design
they also do not have a lot of storage space.
Software – It is extremely expensive, software for graphic
design can be up to £1000. They also take a long time to know how to use, you
need to be trained to use them.

Trademarks protect words, names, symbols, sounds, or colours that distinguish goods and services such as the Coca Cola logo. These can also be used forever as long as they’re actually being used. Depending on the type and extent of the use, you can be taken to court for trademark infringement or for fraud. Generally you will be expected to destroy all infringing materials, and pay restitution to the holder of the trademark.
Copyright is legal ownership of things such as drawings, written work, and recorded music. The ownership of copyright, prevents a third party from taking and using the material for their own ends, without first making financial reward to the original artist/author etc. Violation of copyright is punishable by fines ranging from $750 to $30,000 per infringement, but major cases of wilful infringement can carry fines up to $250,000 and five years in prison.
